You are free to use this as you want.  I would post the PCB layout, if it still existed.  The original tape up has long since been disposed of, and the films are probably at the place where they were last made (and they are out of business).  If enough people E-Mail me saying they want a board, I can whip out a new one real fast, but you guys are going to have to be practically breaking my door down first.
